Myriel Dittmann, DDS
Your Experienced Ripon Dentist
Dentistry definitely runs in Dr. Dittmann’s blood – both her father and her sister are dentists too! What really solidified her desire to pursue this career path, though, was participating in a mission trip to Nicaragua with Global Brigades. Her group provided dental care and vital education to hundreds of patients in just a matter of days. The experience inspired her to invest in dentistry as a way to serve and positively impact the people of her own community. Today, she loves being able to meet new people and build relationships over time with her wonderful patients.
Dr. Dittmann pursued her first degree at Marquette University, where she graduated with a major in biomedical sciences and a minor in health studies. Prior to becoming a dentist, she spent some time working in both general and oral surgery practices. She then moved onto the Marquette University School of Dentistry, completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery. In 2018, she also underwent a CEREC workshop that taught cutting-edge tooth preparation and design principles for fabricating custom, in-office dental crowns.
Outside of work, Dr. Dittmann is a happy newlywed, and she and her husband Dan are so excited to officially start their lives together in the Waupun community. They have one dog named Winnie who definitely gets spoiled way too much! In her spare time, she really enjoys hanging out with loved ones (especially her nephews and niece), going horseback riding, being outdoors, and water skiing.
