Your First Visit
When you walk into our office for the first time, you’ll be greeted by name and with a smile by our friendly front desk team. We’ll show you around the office and then work with you to complete your patient forms on a computer in our office. Next, our clinical team will go over your dental history, medical history, as well as discuss your dental concerns. We’ll then take you into the treatment room where you’ll have any necessary x-rays taken and a comprehensive exam performed. Then, your doctor will determine if you need any additional treatment, and you’ll have a chance to discuss your options and financing with our treatment coordinator. New Patient Registration
Silver Creek Dentistry is always happy to welcome new patients. If it’s your first visit, please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so we can help get your patient information filled out and entered into our system. Online Payments
Silver Creek Dentistry now offers optional, convenient online payments directly on our website. If you would like to make a payment online using our secure payment portal, simply click on "Online Payment" or if you wish to make a payment using your CareCredit account, click on the "Pay Now" CareCredit button.
Dental Insurance Information
Our Ripon area office accepts most insurance plans and will happily file a claim with your provider on your behalf. We can also work with patients to establish a payment plan that fits their budget.
No Insurance? Join Our Dental Savings Plan!
If you currently do NOT have dental insurance, there is still a way for you to get significant discounts on your dental care. With our Dental Savings Plan, one flat fee each year will cover all of your exams, routine cleanings, x-rays, and help you save on many more services.
